BankProspector - Cancel, Pause, or Suspend Membership
How to Pause or Cancel Your BankProspector Subscription
You can pause (freeze) or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your My Account page.
Before You Cancel: Consider Freezing Your Account
Freezing your account allows you to:
- Keep your saved data (contacts, targets, tags, notes)
- Maintain your current pricing for when you return
- Retain access to training/course materials
- Avoid setting everything up again later
This is a great option if you plan to return but don’t need full access right now.
Important Notes
- All subscription changes must be completed through your account settings
- We do not process cancellations via email, phone, or live chat
- If you are a legacy user with a PayPal subscription, you must manage your subscription directly through your PayPal account
Steps to Pause or Cancel
- Log in to your BankProspector account
- Go to your Billing page
- Scroll to the Subscription section
- Click Freeze My Account or Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your selection

Refunds are not automatic.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request in writing within your first 30 days of service.
You can request a refund by:
- Emailing from the email associated with your account, or
- Using the help beacon in the bottom-right corner while logged in
How Refund Eligibility Works
To be considered for a refund:
- Cancel your subscription from your My Account → Billing page
- After cancellation, you will see a message indicating whether you may be eligible to request a refund
- Submit your refund request using one of the methods above
