How to Change or Reset Your Password
Reset Your Password (if you can’t log in)
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email
Change Your Password (while logged in)
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to the Password & Security section
- Click Request Password Reset
- Follow the instructions sent to your email

Important Notes
- Password changes are completed via email for security purposes
- Your account email address cannot be changed from this page
