How to Change or Reset Your Password

Reset Your Password (if you can’t log in)

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email

Change Your Password (while logged in)

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Scroll to the Password & Security section
  4. Click Request Password Reset
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email

Important Notes

  • Password changes are completed via email for security purposes
  • Your account email address cannot be changed from this page
