Upgrade Your Membership
You can upgrade your membership at any time.
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Billing page
- Select Upgrade and choose your new plan
If you attempt to access features outside your current plan, you’ll also be prompted to upgrade.
Note: Any unused time on your current plan will be automatically prorated and applied toward your upgrade.
Need to Lower Your Cost? Pause Your Account
If you no longer need full access, you can freeze your account instead of canceling.
Freezing allows you to:
- Keep your saved data (contacts, targets, tags, notes)
- Maintain your current pricing
- Retain access to training materials
- Resume your subscription at any time without starting over
How to Pause (Freeze) Your Account
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Billing page
- Click Freeze My Account
- Confirm your selection
Important Notes
- Upgrades are self-service via your Billing page
- BankProspector does not offer traditional plan downgrades
- Pausing (freezing) is the best option if you need to step away temporarily
- Billing changes are prorated where applicable
