Sorry, we can't really help you with that. We don't own, buy, or sell real estate or notes-- we provide training and bank prospecting software. You will need to contact the current owner (the bank if it is REO) and/or a local real estate agent to assist you.

We specialize in teaching our members how to work with banks to find distressed property and software that makes it easier to find deals specific asset types. We teach a top down approach-- meaning you won't be aiming to buy properties at specific addresses-- you would be looking to buy or broker the sale of specific asset types directly from banks, rather than trying to acquire specific properties.
