How much does BankProspector cost?

Can I share my login?
No. Your license is for a single named user. Sharing logins within an office or with other people isn’t allowed. Logging in from multiple IP addresses in a single day will lock your account.
Can my assistant use my account?
Yes, as long as you’re working from the same office (same IP). Just make sure you’re not logged in simultaneously from different locations.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not currently. BankProspector is designed to work best on a traditional screen (laptop or desktop). The BankProspector training is accessible on most devices - but we recommend using your computer.
Where does the data come from?
All portfolio and financial data comes from public regulatory filings — the FDIC, FFIEC, and NCUA. Contact information is gathered and maintained by our in-house research team.
How do I cancel?
BankProspector subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Visit your Account Settings > Billing to proceed with cancellation.
