Enrichment Credits

Enrichment Credits are the currency you use to unlock contact details in BankProspector. When you find a contact you want to reach out to, you spend credits to reveal their full name, email address, and/or phone number.

How Credits Work

Your credit balance is displayed in the Quick Actions section on your Dashboard and at the top of the Contacts tab on any bank page. You’ll see something like “Enrichment Credits 0/0” showing your used vs. available credits.

When you click Request Email, Request Phone, or Request Both on a contact, credits are deducted from your balance. Once you’ve unlocked a contact, they’re yours to keep — no re-charge to view them later.

Getting More Credits

Your subscription plan includes a set number of enrichment credits. If you need more, click the “+” button next to your credits balance or contact support at support@distressedpro.com.

Note: Use your credits strategically. Focus on decision-makers with relevant titles (asset managers, workout officers, special assets) at banks that show strong sell indicators.
