Login Trouble

If you can't log in to the site it's usually due to a cookie, cache, or other browser problem. 

Here is an excellent article from firefox browser that will help you troubleshoot your login. If you are using Chrome or Safari or edge use the same procedure for that browser.

If you've found yourself in a login/logout loop, this is usually due to a cache issue.  To do a hard refresh on Google Chrome on Mac, there are two ways that you can do it: Hold down Shift and click the Reload button. Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the 'R' key.   OR To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows, there are two ways you can do it: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

If you've forgotten your password you can reset that here https://www.distressedpro.com/forgot/ but be sure to only do it once and then wait a minute and be sure to check your SPAM or junk folder before trying it again or else you will set off a series of loops that will make this more difficult.

Finally, if after doing the above you still cannot log in then we can reset your password manually.
